A friend of mine had some issues last year. She was stuck inbetween respecting her Coach's rules, and not telling her mom what is acceptable and what isn't. It's nice to have friends and family gather at an event you are performing in right? When going to an event or performance, parents do know that they cannot be on the stage with their child right? Well it is the same under any circumstances because the field, court, pool, etc is an Athelete's stage. Who could actually stay focused with their parent blah-blah-blahing on their cell phone right next to them on the bench?
